Hello! I'm going through the relactation process as well and I'm doing pretty good so far. It has been 6 months since I gave my son breast milk and it has been about a week or so and my milk is going everywhere..sorry if that's TMI. The morning is when I get the most milk..barely an ounce but I'm getting there. When I pump every 2 hours after that I pretty much get nothing. I'm worried that maybe it could be hindering this process, I don't know. Should I continue to pump every 2 hours even through the night even though I don't get anything except when I do it in the morning? I'm confused and want to give my boy the best.
